The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with comfortable bed linen and a cozy atmosphere. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of all the main sights and great restaurants. We also loved the fact that we could enjoy the lovely spa at the sister hotel, just a short walk away.

The WiFi in the bedrooms was a bit slow, a bit frustrating at times. the price of the hotel might be a little steep for young college students on a budget.

We had a sublime experience at Martis Palace, with a private balcony overlooking a beautiful church. The upgraded penthouse provided luxurious comfort, and the staff, especially Natalia and Carlos, were very good too ensure our stay was perfect. The central location was convenient yet tucked away, and the room had excellent soundproofing and blackout curtains. Highly recommended for a wonderful hotel experience. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely surprise at Hotel Martis Palace with a generous room upgrade! The small inconvenience turned into a nice experience with a free couples massage at their sister hotel. The rooftop terrace provided fine views and the staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.
